Raspberry and Lemon Chilboust Entremet

Ladyfingers wrapped around a lemon chilboust (mousse) with raspberry insert, raspberry glaze and sugar cookie crust. A marzipan lemon, chocolate swirl and sugar sticks for the topping....

    I have been baking for a couple years now and I really want to get more into it. I've been aching to try an entremet but there are very few places that have recipes and instructions. I hope that you share because they really do look delicious and fun!
