1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese
and some balsamic vinaigrette for drizzling.....
Makes up one of our favorite salads.....I cut the beets with a heart shape for Valentines Day...
and it went well with a Crab stuffed chicken breast and a light Dijon mustard sauce....
And yes there was desert.......
